ENG Sports is excited to starting the season with our Fast 5 Netball Competition. This fast-paced competition is exciting, unpredictable, and a great watch for the supporting audience. Conventional netball rules go out the window in this competition with teams have the chance to score goals from multiple ranges for multiple points. It's crazy and must attend event.

Format

• Teams will be separated into two or three groups.

• Game time will be 10 minutes in the groups and twelve minutes in the final and 3rd/4th play-off.

• There will be two points for a win and one for a draw.

• There will be three scoring zones of three, two and one point shots.

• Each team gets a 90 second power play per game.

Basic Rules

• Only five players allowed on the court.

• Scoring team never takes the centre pass.

• Both feet must land in the scoring zone the shooter wishes to shoot from.

• On a power play the opposite team must make an effort to move down the court when in the procession of the ball.

Terms and Conditions​

• Bookings are final and no refunds will be processed.

• If you cancel within 28 days of the event we will keep your payment in credit for future competitions.

• Maximum squad of twelve players

• Players must not play for more than one team on the day.

• There will be charge for parents to attend the event.
