Tournaments

• Payment confirms attendance.

• ENG Sports UK reserves the right to change the locations of the competitions which may of not being advertised on marketing material.

• If the event is cancelled a full refund will be given.

• If a team cannot attend a full refund will be given if ENG Sports UK is notified within 14 days of the planned event.

• If a team cancels under 14 days before the event they will receive a full refund if a replacement is found.

• If a replacement team cannot be found for a team wishing to cancel a booking under 14 days before the event then ENG Sports UK cannot offer a refund.

• All spectator tickets purchased to attend an ENG Sports UK event will be refunded if notified 14 days before the planned competition.

• If spectators cancel under 14 days before the competition ENG Sports UK will not issue a refund.

Workshops

• Full payment confirms attendance.

• Locations and venues are never guaranteed and may change.

• ENG Sports UK accepts no responsibility for valuable items being brought to the workshops and potentially being lost.

• You can cancel bookings 10 days before the date of the workshop and receive a full refund.

• If you cancel your booking less than 10 days before the date of the workshop we will not offer a refund but carry your payment over to another workshop of your choice.

• If you fail to notify us that your child will not be attending we will not issue a refund or carry payments over to another workshop.

Leagues 

​

• Full payment confirms league entry.

• Venues and times of games will be confirmed one month in advance.

• All season tickets and spectator tickets purchases are final unless the child has left the club they play for or sustained an injury.

• All Pay Per View season tickets and day pass purchases are final.
